"The art of belly dance"
Belly dancing began many years ago to aid in childbirth. Belly dancing teaches muscle manipulation. There are 12 basic techniques that are layered with other dance techniques to create choreography.
In this 1.5 hr workshop, you will learn 5 techniques and begin to layering for some basic choreography.
Please wear comfortable clothes!
