Inspired from the works of Dr. Marshall Rosenberg’s formula for living a deeper more passionate expressive life, join Dawn of the New Era for a joyful play-shop that will assist you in growing your emotional intelligence.

Rosenberg's book Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life is popular as a self-help book and psychotherapy textbook, and is considered the authoritative text about the concept. NVC focuses on effective strategies for meeting fundamental needs for all parties in a conversation and deals with expressing honestly / receiving empathically through the four components (Observations, Feelings, Needs and Requests).

Dawn will guide this supported learning experience and embodiment practice to improve upon deeper connections with your partner, children, friends and loved ones and reduce the ‘right or wrong’ all or nothing thinking that can create havoc on relationships and communities.
